Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers

- Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and collect payments

- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary

- Coordinate and schedule appointments for multiple providers

- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents

- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and faxing

- Provide excellent customer support and address patient inquiries or concerns
Requirements:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred

- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar office software

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly

- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation

- Experience with order entry or project coordination is a plus
