Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and patient‑focused Dental Receptionist to become an important part of our pediatric dental family. If you enjoy creating positive experiences for children and their parents, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and love being the welcoming face of an office, this role is a perfect fit.
Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred, as many of our families speak multiple languages and appreciate clear, comforting communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Warm patient greetings : Help children and families feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.
Appointment scheduling: Coordinate and confirm visits to keep our day running smoothly.
Phone & communication support: Answer calls, assist with questions, and share helpful information about our services.
Insurance & payments: Verify coverage, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
Patient record management: Maintain confidential, up‑to‑date files with care.
Team coordination: Work closely with our dental team to support smooth patient flow.
Check‑in/check‑out: Guide families through their visit from start to finish.
Office organization: Assist with filing, emails, and keeping the front office running efficiently.
