Job Summary
Taylorview Dental is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Front Desk, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create a welcoming environment for patients. We are looking for someone who is a team player, responsible and hard working. This role combines front desk responsibilities offering a fulfilling opportunity to contribute to patient care while managing administrative tasks. You will be the friendly face patients see first and the efficient coordinator behind the scenes, ensuring every visit is positive and seamless. Your expertise in dental procedures and patient management will be vital in delivering exceptional dental services.
Duties
Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out processes.
Schedule appointments, confirm patient details, and handle rescheduling or cancellations efficiently.
Verifying insurance information.
Handle administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing billing inquiries, verifying insurance information, and processing payments.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
Excellent patient management skills with a focus on providing compassionate care.
Strong organizational skills to coordinate appointments efficiently while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies at all times. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
