Front Desk Receptionist
CAPISTRANO BEACH CARE CENTER, a 93 bed skilled nursing facility, is looking for a weekend Front Desk Receptionist to serve as our first point of contact for our patients and guests. The right candidate will be friendly, energetic, organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask.

Job duties:
·Greet patients and answer all calls and questions in a courteous manner.
·Answer phones and schedule patient appointments. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
·Maintain the appearance of the front desk area and perform other duties as assigned by the dental assistant coordinator supervisor.
-Assist in the coordination of new admissions to the facility

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
Experience:
