Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or dental office and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
Assist with patient forms and records
Collect payments and post charges accurately
Communicate effectively with patients, dental assistants, and providers
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient with dental or medical software (Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar a plus)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
