Front Desk Receptionist - 4 Locations

We are a fast-paced, patient focused, paperless Orthodontic office in search of a candidate with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic. One who is both professional and able to multi-task as a Dental Receptionist at the front desk. The applicant should be energetic, motivated and a self-starter to assist the Doctor as needed. This is a full time position and you must be able to travel to our different locations. Skills necessary may include:
2-3 years’ experience as receptionist/front desk in a medical or dental setting with billing.

Experience with Electronic Health Record Systems.

Good understanding of dental terminology.

Checking patients in/out with a “SMILE”.

Able to process insurance claims and have experience with both Medicaid & PPO insurance.

Ability to process prior authorizations and ensure accuracy of submissions.

Understand insurance EOB's and how to resolve issues with claims.

Experience with insurance payment entry for multiple locations.

Answering phones/handling patient accounts and concerns.

Calling/email pts in regards to past due accounts/payments and unscheduled treatment.

Scheduling of appointments and recalls.

Confirm patients appointments by phone and email.

Ability to travel if necessary as we have 3 locations – Tampa, Pinellas Park, and Palmetto.
