Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. Looking for a full time dental receptionist must be friendly likes working and dealing with the public, hands on Type A personality, professional and able to fill the schedule to make the day happen.
Some duties include:
Great patients upon arrival providing necessary forms and materials.
Help patients with documents
Be a master of scheduling bringing in same day emergencies and filling the schedule.
Check voicemail and retention messages ASAP
Keep ASAP call list and fill broken and canceled appointments
Track patients through the recall system. Maintain the recall system. Contact patients who are late for continuing care.
Be responsible for appearance of reception area and front desk.
Confirming appointments
Presenting treatment and scheduling treatment.
Answering questions a patient may have with treatment.
Make financial arrangements with patients.
Managing referrals and coordinating treatment.
Keep flow of office going and making sure all staff members are working together.
