We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team in Maywood, CA.
We are looking for someone friendly, professional, organized, and energetic who can create a great first impression for every patient and family. We hold high standards for customer service, teamwork, communication, efficiency, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
Front desk or dental office experience is a must
Strong customer service and phone skills
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Ability to handle phones, scheduling, check-ins, and patient flow efficiently
Willingness to assist in other areas of the office when needed
Organized and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual is a plus
