Front Desk Receptionist

Overview
Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. This vital role combines administrative support and greeting patients in-person on on the phone to ensure seamless patient experiences. Your proactive approach, organization, and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional services.

Duties
Prepare patient files for examinations and procedures, including in-office injections and outpatient injection procedures.

Manage medical documentation meticulously, including ICD coding, medical records management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Perform routine administrative tasks like obtaining prior authorizations and scheduling patients.

Maintain a clean and organized environment.

Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

Experience
Strong communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care in diverse clinical environments.

Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and medical documentation practices.

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology to support accurate patient documentation.

Perseverance through new and changing processes.

This position requires work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Grants Pass. Monday, Thursday and Friday will be in Medford.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
