Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy test centre from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival to departure. Full training on our EMR system, workflows, and procedures will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients warmly and provide clear instructions upon arrival
Process payments accurately and issue receipts
Scan referrals and upload all required documents into the EMR (training provided)
Verify and update patient information when necessary
Follow up on missing or delayed laboratory results by communicating with partner labs
Answer phone calls, provide information, and assist with patient inquiries
Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to privacy regulations (Loi 25)
Qualifications:
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a medical or dental setting is an asset but not required
