Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support daily office operations to ensure a welcoming and productive environment.
Duties
Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, utilizing proper phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff and clients
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
Operate office equipment including computers, printers, and fax machines using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries efficiently
Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting administrative projects
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a professional environment
Skills
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries courteously and efficiently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to manage calendar appointments accurately and efficiently
Good proofreading skills for document review and correspondence accuracy
Strong computer literacy and typing skills for efficient data entry and communication
Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is required
