Front Desk Receptionist

We are a growing specialty Orthodontic practice providing the highest quality care for patients of all ages. Since 2009, our team has supported families with exceptional orthodontic treatment in a professional, friendly environment. We are seeking a full-time or part-time front office team member to help ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient service.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, handling paperwork, and supporting day-to-day office flow. Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Strong multitasking and good communication skills are essential, along with a positive attitude and attention to detail. A high school education is required, and prior experience in a dental or orthodontic setting is a plus. Office free parking is available for convenience.
