Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and has excellent customer service and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with bookings
Support a positive and comfortable clinic experience for all patients
Clinic Operations Support
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing practitioner calendars
Help maintain smooth patient flow and minimize wait times
Light housekeeping duties to ensure the reception and common areas are clean and organized
Administrative Tasks
Support patient intake, forms, and documentation
Assist with billing, payments, and insurance processing (training provided)
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using Jane App is preferred
Experience with HCAI and extended health insurance billing is preferred
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Proficient with computers and common office software
