Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus.
Duties
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, utilizing excellent phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with staff using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Cleardent and other clerical software
Handle filing, document organization, scanning, and general administrative support
Assist with billing, and basic financial tasks as needed
Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information about services
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy before distribution
Support office operations with clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning
Qualifications
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately
Prior experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing, and administrative support is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administrative or medical office work are a plus
Pay: $17.85-$26.00 per hour
