In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, ensure the daily schedule is filled to plan, and provide exceptional customer service to patients and their family members. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will ensure smooth daily operations and a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors.
Requirements
Proven experience in dental office management preferred
Prior front desk experience with a specific focus on scheduling required
Working knowledge of Dentrix Ascend or other Practice Management Software is a plus
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
