Front Desk Receptionist

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Job description
We are looking for a committed, organized professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients to our practice and creating an efficient environment in support of the team. Our office is looking for an individual who can provide professional assistance to patients, answer phones and respond effectively to emergency calls.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and clients, confirm appointments, answer the phone, and transfer calls.

Be courteous and polite to patients, co-workers, management, and receptionists.

Take dental insurance information over the phone.

File insurance forms and patient records in a timely manner.

Organize the office administration area (paperwork, filing, lab reports).

Schedule appointments.

Answer phone calls concerning scheduling, dental insurance questions and inquiries about prices for services.
