Front Desk Receptionist and Office Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist/treatment coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental practice, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of dental terminology. This is a full time position and the candidate must be open to work 2 Saturdays per month from 8 am-2 pm
Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.

Schedule , confirm and reschedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar effectively.

Answer phone calls, emails and patient inquiries promptly and professionally
Verify insurance information before the dental appointments and assist with insurance claims processing.

Explain treatment plans , financial options and insurance benefits to patients.

Handle patient billing, process payments and assist with payment plans
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Skills
At least 1 year of experience working as a dental treatment coordinator preferred
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance patient communication.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
