Front Desk Receptionist and Patient Coordinator

We are a fast-growing medical aesthetics practice seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Coordinator with strong sales skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, is confident in recommending services, and is passionate about beauty, wellness, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Manage phone calls, texts, and appointment scheduling
Educate clients on treatments, packages, and memberships
Convert inquiries into booked appointments and sales
Promote current specials, packages, and add-on services
Handle payments, financing options, and product sales
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
Support providers and ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Previous front desk or receptionist experience (medspa or medical office preferred)
Strong sales background with a proven ability to upsell and close
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and treatment plans
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, team player, and polished appearance
