Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk receptionist for our Boutique private practice in the heart of Astoria.
We are looking for the best candidate to fulfill the day-to-day activities such as answering the phone, schedule patients' appointments, among other tasks.
Dental receptionist should be punctual, well-organized, have a positive attitude, and have great attention to detail.
You must be able to respect dental office regulations and follow instructions when comes to provide direct or indirect patient care making the office procedures as smooth as possible.
Salary and schedule to be negotiated at interview.
Skills:
- Well-organized and reliable
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Spanish speaking is a must
