Fill schedule openings, maintain accurate patient records and ensure all digital paperwork is complete.
Coordinate with third party vendors, doctors, and labs.
This position requires a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and stay on top of tasks without constant supervision. Reliability, strong attention to detail, and personal accountability are essential.
We value team players who are willing to be cross-trained and assist wherever needed. While this is primarily a front office position, candidates who are comfortable learning basic dental assisting duties will be strongly preferred.
