Dental Treatment Coordinator / Administrative Team Member
Job Type: Part-time
Location: In-person - Berlin & Cromwell Office
Schedule: 3 days per week
Overview
Our growing dental practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator / Administrative Team Member to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is professional, organized, and skilled at increasing treatment acceptance through strong communication and patient care.
Responsibilities
Present treatment plans and explain procedures clearly to patients
Coordinate and discuss financial arrangements and payment options
Support patient scheduling and front office operations
Maintain a positive and professional office environment
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of dental administrative experience (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to present and explain financial options confidently
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience with Curve Hero dental software preferred

Office Hours
Our offices are open during the following times:
Thursday: 12:00PM – 7:00 PM - Berlin
Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Cromwell
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Berlin
