Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual preferred)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by providing exceptional administrative support and enhancing patient experiences. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and proficiency in Dentrix , MHS and various PPO insurances .

PRIOVOUS DENTRIX AND DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Schedule appointments, answer phone calls and manage patient records using Dentrix.

Assist with health information management, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Handle phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing patient inquiries.

Process patient insurance claims , verifying insurance coverage and processing payments.

Maintain accurate medical administrative support, including updating patient information and managing files.

Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the office.

Skills
Proficiency in dental software applications Dentrix preferred.

Previous dental office experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology and dental office management practices.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective office management.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.

Experience with phone systems and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
