Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual)

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Duties
Greet all patients, visitors, and callers in an open and friendly manner
Answer multi-line phones, screen calls, take clear and concise phone messages
Prepare new records, files, and maintain records
Prepare correspondence, and forms as requested by the Clinical Director/ Clinical Supervisor.

Perform insurance verification
Schedule appointments in a manner to maximize efficiency
Collect co-pays, deductibles, and inquire on previous balances
Prepare providers encounters for next day
Review and process faxes/ patient referrals as needed
Review and reach out to online appointment requests
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations to maintain PHI standards
Other duties as assigned
