Front Desk Receptionist

About us
We are looking for a motivated, professional individual to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty office. We are seeking a medical receptionist to work closely with our team of technicians, surgeons and optometrists.

As a medical receptionist you will be the point of contact for our patients. A typical day consists of greeting patients, checking in/out, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting co-pays and outstanding balances, scheduling appointments for various providers, calling referrals, etc.

For this position:
You must have excellent customer service and a high level of professionalism.

You must possess the ability to multi-task while remaining organized and following through with tasks in a timely manner.

Medical receptionist experience is highly preferred, ophthalmology experience is a plus.

We need someone who:
Has several years of customer service experience in a medical office.

Is patient and compassionate.

Has electronic medical records experience.

Can communicate effectively with patients.

Has working knowledge of medical terminology.

Is professional and is a team player.

Has excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Is dependable, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.

Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Can take direction and work well under pressure.

Bilingual preferred.

This is a full time Monday-Friday 40 hour per week position that MAY be split between our Boulder, Thornton and Longmont locations. Boulder is our main office, though travel may be required to our satellite locations.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
