Front Desk Coordinator
We're a patient-focused dental practice in Burtonsville, Maryland, dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Our front desk is the first voice and first face patients experience, and it sets the tone for everything that follows.

The Role
We're looking for a warm, organized Front Desk Coordinator who can keep a busy dental office running smoothly while making every patient feel genuinely cared for. This is more than answering phones — you'll be the hub that connects patients, providers, and the rest of our team.

What You'll Do
Greet patients and create a calm, welcoming first impression
Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage the schedule to keep the day flowing
Coordinate new-patient intake, paperwork, and records
Handle appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
Keep the front office tidy, stocked, and organized
Perform light cleaning throughout the office
Assist with turning rooms over and cleaning instruments, as needed
Cross-train to assist the clinical team in the back as needed
Help support the overall flow and efficiency of the dental office
What We're Looking For
Friendly, professional, and genuinely good with people
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable learning and using scheduling and practice-management software
Prior front desk experience in a dental, medical, or specialty practice is a big plus
Familiarity with dental or medical insurance and billing is a strong advantage, but we'll train the right person

An interest in dental health, wellness, or patient care is a bonus
