Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, managing front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools to ensure a smooth patient experience and efficient office workflow.
Responsibilities
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-up effectively.
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment upon arrival.
Maintain accurate patient records through data entry and updating electronic health records using computer literacy skills.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and calendar management to optimize daily operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions, concerns, and billing inquiries with patience and clarity.
Support office management by assisting with clerical duties, ensuring office supplies are stocked, and maintaining a clean reception area.
Office Hours
Monday-Thursday 7:40am - 5:00pm (1 hour for lunch)
Friday 7:40am - 2:00pm
Experience
Candidates should possess prior office experience, ideally dental setting, demonstrating strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk responsibilities. Experience TDO software is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse patient populations. Essential skills include excellent phone etiquette, organizational skills, time management.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
