St. Louis Sports Clinic is hiring a full-time Front Desk Lead to join our growing team.

This is more than a basic receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can help own the front-end patient experience, keep the schedule organized, communicate clearly with patients, support the clinical team, and help the clinic run smoothly each day.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

St. Louis Sports Clinic is a cash-based sports chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic in Chesterfield, MO. We help active adults, athletes, and everyday people get out of pain, move better, and return to the activities they care about.

Role Overview
The Front Desk Front Desk Lead helps manage the daily front desk operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient communication, check-in/check-out, payments, patient flow, and administrative support.

This role requires strong organization, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and effective in a busy clinic setting.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and create a professional first impression
Answer phones and respond to patient questions
Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments
Check patients in and out efficiently
Collect payments and assist with basic payment questions
Communicate with patients by phone, email, and text
Help manage cancellations, reschedules, and schedule openings
Support providers by keeping patient flow organized
Maintain accurate patient information and clinic records
Assist with forms, filing, documentation, and general admin tasks
Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
Support lead follow-up, patient reactivation, and patient communication systems
Help improve front desk processes and daily operations
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Preferred Experience
Prior front desk, administrative, or customer service experience
Healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, dental, fitness, or wellness experience preferred
Experience with scheduling software or EMR systems is a plus
Strong phone skills and professional communication
Basic computer skills, including email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
