Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Dental organization. This vital role involves , providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Responsibilities
Greet patients, professionally, creating a positive first impression.

Call patients for recall and some marketing
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette.

Schedule appointments, collect payments,
Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.

Support administrative functions including filing, organizing documents, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Skills
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

Previous Dental experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures.

Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems professionally.

Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.

Knowledge of Eaglesoft
Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
