Job Description
Join our team! We are a Latino-owned dental office in the heart of Dallas. We pride ourselves in our amazing team that works very well together! We are looking for another amazing team member in our front desk area to help us greet our patients and help get our schedule going for the day. We see mostly adults and do all types of procedures from fillings to root canals, implants, and invisalign. We have amazing kind doctors and are excited to have our team set complete.
Skills:
-1 Year Dental Office experience Minimum Mandatory
- insurance breakdowns
-experience with medicaid/CHIP/PPO insurances
- Proficient in using Open Dental, Google Suite
- Experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check patients in, collect payments, and update patient records
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and transcribing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
