About Us
We are a thriving, private integrative medical practice focused on delivering patient-centered care for chronic illness, autoimmune disorders, cancer support, and overall wellness. We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist who is passionate about patient care and understands the importance of compassionate, professional service.

Position Summary
The Medical Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office experience for our patients. This individual will be the first and last point of contact for patients during their visits and must consistently provide attentive and empathetic service while managing administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

Location: In-Person
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Status: Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time employment
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in/check out patients using our EHR system
Answer multi-line phones with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
Monitor and respond to voicemails throughout the day
Maintain patient accounts and chart information; update demographic and health data
Uphold strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Facilitate patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations
Perform general office duties: scanning, faxing, filing, and document management
Act as a liaison between patients and clinic staff to ensure a seamless experience
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in a medical office or clinical front desk role (required)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy healthcare setting
Comfortable with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software
A genuine interest in holistic, integrative, and patient-centered healthcare
