Front Office & Clinical Support Team Member
Dental Care of Morristown is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable team member to join our growing private practice! We are a modern, patient-focused office that prides itself on providing exceptional care in a warm, welcoming environment.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, loves helping people, and is excited to be a true team player. This role combines front desk responsibilities with clinical support, making every day different and rewarding.
What You'll Do
Front Office
Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, positive attitude
Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment plans
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Verify insurance and collect payments
Help maintain an organized and efficient schedule
Support administrative projects as needed
Clinical Support
Assist the doctor during procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments
Set up and break down treatment rooms
Take digital radiographs (if licensed)
Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked
Help create a comfortable experience for every patient

Positive, upbeat personality
Excellent communication and people skills
Organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-first mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
Dental experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude
X-ray license and assisting experience are a plus
