Practice Overview
This is a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art pediatric dental office, and I’m looking for a smart, energetic, and motivated team member who’s excited to grow with this beautiful practice. Because we’re just opening, I want someone who brings positive energy, takes initiative, and is ready to help the office take off. I’m an experienced pediatric dentist who provides high‑quality dentistry and treats every child as if they were my own. We are a modern pediatric dental office in Los Angeles dedicated to providing high‑quality, gentle, and fun dental care for children. We’re building a warm, positive team and looking for enthusiastic Dental Assistants who love working with kids and want to grow with us.

Position Overview
We are hiring both Dental Assistants (DA) and Registered Dental Assistants (RDA). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice early and advance as we expand.

Key ResponsibilitiesDental Assistants (DA):
Assist chairside during treatments
Take dental radiographs (X‑rays)
Perform sterilization and maintain infection control
Prepare and maintain operatories
Support the team with a positive, patient‑focused attitude
Registered Dental Assistants (RDA):
All DA duties listed above
Assist with dental cleanings (must have sealant certification)
Take impressions and pour models as needed
Provide excellent chairside support for pediatric patients
Experience
Proven experience working in a dental clinic, ideally with pediatric patients
Knowledge of dental software such as Open Dental for scheduling and documentation
Hands‑on experience with X‑rays and panorex
Strong understanding of infection control and aseptic technique
Ability to assist efficiently in pediatric dentistry
Familiarity with dental terminology, anatomy, and equipment (including intraoral cameras)
Excellent communication skills to help coordinate patient flow and support front desk tasks
Requirements
DA: Minimum 12 months of dental assisting experience (preferred)
RDA: Current California RDA license + valid X‑ray certification
Experience with pediatric patients is a big plus
Friendly, kind, energetic, and patient — kids love you
