Front Office Coordinator / Dental Assistant
Dullat Dental Cosmetic & Implants – San Jose, CA
Pay: $21–$26/hour starting (based on experience)
Position: Part-Time with opportunity to grow into Full-Time

At Dullat Dental Cosmetic & Implants, we are building a modern, high-level cosmetic and implant practice focused on exceptional patient care, teamwork, and growth. We are looking for a motivated, positive, and caring individual who is excited to grow with our office long term.

This role combines front office responsibilities with dental assisting support when needed. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has excellent people skills, and wants to grow into treatment coordination and advanced case presentation.

Responsibilities

* Verify dental insurance benefits

* Explain insurance coverage and EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) to patients

* Answer phones professionally and confidently

* Confirm scheduled appointments

* Check patients in and out

* Schedule treatment and recall appointments

* Present treatment plans and discuss financing/options with patients

* Follow up with unscheduled treatment

* Assist in learning how to close larger treatment cases ($10,000–$50,000)

* Coordinate patient care and communication

* Assist the doctor clinically when needed

* Work closely with the team to maintain a positive office culture

* Learn dental billing and insurance processing over time
Qualifications

* Dental office experience preferred

* Dental assisting experience or willingness to learn required

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Friendly, professional, and caring personality

* Positive attitude with a smiling and welcoming presence

* Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

* Team player with long-term mindset

* Motivated to learn and grow within the practice
