Front Desk Receptionist-Dental Experience Required

We are looking for a friendly, positive, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to join our private dental office in Raleigh. The ideal candidate is someone with a great attitude, a warm smile, strong communication skills, and a true passion for helping people.

Experience in a dental plus. We are also willing to train the right person who is motivated, professional, caring, and excited to grow with our practice.

Bilingual is a plus, but not required
Dental or medical front desk experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting patients with a warm and friendly attitude
Answering phone calls and helping patients schedule appointments
Managing the front desk and keeping the office organized
Assisting with patient check-in and check-out
Helping with basic clerical tasks, forms, and office communication
Providing excellent customer service to every patient
