Pediatric Dental Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our pediatric dental office. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, communicates professionally, and can help create a welcoming and positive experience from the moment patients enter our office.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and families warmly and professionally
Answer phone calls, respond to questions, and schedule appointments
Check patients in and out efficiently
Verify dental insurance benefits and patient information
Collect payments and outstanding balances
Confirm upcoming appointments and manage schedule changes
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
Communicate with parents regarding appointments, treatment scheduling, and office policies
Coordinate with clinical staff to help maintain an efficient patient flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy pediatric dental environment
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and electronic patient records
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
