Dental Receptionist – We Will Train the Right Person!
Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering great patient care? We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice.
At our office, exceptional customer service is our top priority. If you bring a warm smile, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, we can handle the rest!
What You’ll Do
Warmly greet patients upon arrival and manage smooth check-ins/check-outs.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
Handle patient records, and scheduling using Eaglesoft.
Keep the front desk organized and support a welcoming office atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
Customer-First Mindset: Top-notch communication skills and a naturally friendly, empathetic demeanor are essential.
Reliability & Organization: Ability to multitask effectively while paying attention to detail.
Eaglesoft Experience is a Plus: Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is preferred, but we are 100% willing to train the right candidate!

Pay: Based on experience
