Comfort Dental Studio is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming first impression
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and handle scheduling requests
Verify dental insurance and communicate coverage and benefits to patients
Collect co-pays and process patient payments
Maintain accurate patient records and update information using Dentrix
Coordinate patient flow between the front desk and clinical team
Manage recall and reactivation lists to keep the schedule full
Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping
Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive patient experience
Qualifications
Front desk, receptionist, or dental office experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience with dental insurance verification is a plus
Experience with Dentrix is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong commitment to patient care
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
