About Our Practice
We are a high-standard General Dentistry practice in Stratford, CT. We are looking for a disciplined, professional "Face of the Practice" who takes pride in their work. We value a calm, structured, and drama-free environment where every team member is focused on excellence. If you are looking for a professional home where your hard work "speaks for itself," we would love to meet you.

Technical Requirements:
Software: DENTRIX proficiency is a must.
Financing: Experience with Care Credit and discussing financing options/treatment plans.
Insurance: Ability to explain benefits clearly, file claims accurately, and manage Accounts Receivable (AR).
Scheduling: Proven skill in keeping both the hygiene and doctor schedules full and productive.
Office Admin: Ability to track expenses and manage vendor interactions.
Our Standards (The "Non-Negotiables"):
Professional Maturity: We communicate with respect. We are looking for a candidate who takes direction from senior staff (like our Insurance Coordinator) constructively and without ego.
Structural Discipline: You follow established protocols the first time. We value "doing it right" over "doing it your way."
Reliability: You are the face of our office. Consistent attendance and a focused presence at the front desk are essential.
