Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, caring, and dependable person to join our dental team as a Receptionist!
If you enjoy working with people, making patients feel comfortable, and being part of a welcoming team, we’d love to hear from you. Dental and insurance experience is a plus, but we are absolutely willing to train the right person! We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine care for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with questions
Checking patients in and out
Scheduling and booking appointments
Collecting co-pays and other payments
Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility
Assisting with insurance and billing
Scanning and organizing patient documents
Helping bring patients back to the operatory
Assisting with general front-office and clerical tasks
Working closely with our team to help provide a great patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is friendly, personable, and enjoys interacting with patients
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, professional, and able to work well with a team
Previous dental office, insurance, or billing experience is preferred, but not required
We are happy to train the right candidate!
Hours: Monday and Wednesday 7 AM -4 PM, Tuesday 10 AM - 7 PM, Friday 9 AM - 3 PM, and on Saturday a month 9 AM - 3 PM
