Job Description
Florida Dermatology Specialists is seeking a motivated, energetic, and reliable full-time employee to join our team of caring, hard-working, patient-focused staff.
Position: Front Desk-Receptionist to work in both our Stuart and Palm Beach Gardens office
Hours of operation: M-F approx 8am-5pm.
Medical Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and service patients by greeting, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information
Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy
Collect payments
Maintains business office inventory and equipment
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
