Front Desk Receptionist

Summary
Our established orthodontic office is looking a fun, intelligent, self motivated individual for our front desk coordinator. This person will be critical in our new patient process and work with patients and the front desk team. Some dental office experience would be beneficial but is not required.

Responsibilities
Working with the administrative team to provide exceptional experience for patients including greeting, answering phones, scheduling, and working within our orthodontic practice management software. Other opportunities exist with marketing.

Qualifications
No dental experience is required but beneficial. Our future team member must have the right personality and communication skills to build relationships throughout the treatment. You must be a people person, good communicator, and motivated!
