Front Desk Receptionist

We are a general dentist office currently looking for a front desk receptionist. Task requires interacting with patients and helping with office work. You must be positive and outgoing. You also must be detail oriented. Experience is a plus but not required. If you have experience working in customer service area such as restaurant and retail, providing excellent customer service, feel free to apply. We are willing to train the right person. Your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
Answering multiphone lines
Checking patients in and out
Scheduling appointments
Confirming eligibility and benefits
Checking on claim status
Explaining copays and deductibles
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
