Job Description
Our friendly, patient-focused family dental practice in Central Bucks County is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and welcoming patients
Scheduling appointments
Answering phones and assisting patients
Processing payments
Submitting and tracking insurance claims
Providing excellent customer service and helping our office run smoothly
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Dental office experience preferred
Dentrix experience is a plus
Office Hours:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
