Wildflower Pediatrics, an independently owned pediatric practice in Northwest Austin, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Your Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, building connections with families.
Check patients in and out, verifying insurance and demographic information.
Facilitate smooth communication between patients, providers, and nursing staff.
Calculate treatment costs, collect copays, and ensure accurate documentation on patient accounts.
Schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments using our EMR software (Athena)
Maintain a clean and organized waiting area.
Scan new patient charts and consult notes into the EMR system.
Manage office workflow and assist with patient inquiries as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma (Required)
1 year of experience with Athena EMR (Required)
1 year of experience as a front desk receptionist in a pediatric primary care setting (Required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Required)
English language proficiency (Required)
