Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist for our highly skilled and fast-paced General Surgeons office in St. George, Utah
Prerequisites:
Be available Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm & Friday 8:30am to 12:00pm
Great phone and in-person etiquette
Happy and positive personality
Well organized
Ability to make proactive autonomous decisions
Ability to adapt, multi-task and support co-workers to ensure a cohesive patient experience
Experience utilizing various software (ex: Excel, Word, Electronic Medical Records, etc)
Job duties (include but are not limited to):
Answering phones promptly and professionally
Schedule and prepare clinic appointments
Accurately input
Greet patients as they come into the clinic
Take payments from patients over the phone and in office
Communicate with other provider offices and hospitals
Preferences (preferred but not required):
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Previous experience working in a medical practice
