Precision Dentistry of Howard is a modern, privately owned dental practice looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our practice.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify patients information and maintain accurate records
Assist with patients check-in and check-out
Coordinate treatment schedules and follow-up appointments
Process payments and maintain financial records
Help keep the office running smoothly with administrative support
What are we looking for
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance. NO DRAMA
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and learning new software. If you know Open Dental is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and team player
Dental experience at least 1 year
