Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator
We are a patient-focused dental office seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our patients while keeping the schedule and daily operations running smoothly.
Position Type
Tuesday–Friday
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and check them in/out
Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
Confirm appointments and manage recall system
Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth daily flow
Maintain patient records in practice management software
Qualifications
Previous dental front desk experience preferred (1+ year)
Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Eaglesoft (preferred but not required)
