Job Description
Our orthodontic office is looking for a friendly, motivated, and experienced scheduling coordinator.
Schedule:
4-5 days/week – Approximately 36-40 hours/week
Shifts vary between 6:45AM – 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Checking in patients for appointments
Scheduling appointments
Answering phones
Confirming appointments
Verifying insurance
Have working knowledge of all departments to answer patient and team questions confidently
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Deliver a customer experience that reflects the mission and vision of Truman Orthodontics
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or orthodontic office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Willingness to travel between two offices
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
