About the Practice
Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Implement our etiquette and customer service policy at all times
Greet patients and check them in for treatments
Check out patients, take payments, and make future appointments
Provide information to patients regarding products and services
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phone calls
Direct calls on multi-line phones
Qualifications:
Full availability (including weekends) is required
1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication skills
Able to maintain poise and a friendly attitude at all times
Willing and able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays between the hours 8am-6pm
Availability to work Monday-Friday between the hours 7:30am-8:00pm
Call Center experience is highly desirable
Able and willing to work at the fast-paced and super busy front office
Very detail orientated
Bilingual - Preferred
