We are building a dental practice centered around an exceptional patient experience, and we are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who shares that vision. If you are someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, creating memorable experiences, and making others feel welcomed and cared for, we would love to meet you.
This position is ideally full-time, but we are open to considering part-time employment for the right candidate.

The front desk is the heart of our practice. As the first and last person our patients interact with, you play a critical role in shaping their experience.

We want every patient to feel like more than just an appointment on the schedule. Our goal is to provide personalized care and outstanding service from start to finish, and we are looking for team members who share that commitment.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized schedule
Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
Assist with insurance verification and administrative tasks as needed
Help ensure a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable patient experience
Bonus Skills
We value team members who enjoy learning and growing within the practice.
While not required, it is a significant plus if you are interested in being cross-trained in clinical dental assisting duties. Likewise, we appreciate team members who are willing to support different areas of the practice when needed to help deliver the best possible patient experience.
